What i did:

- Increased the average session time by 7% due to the introduction of stories in the app
- Made a complete redesign of the chat with chatbot integration. Due to this, the load on support has decreased by 20-30%.
- Increased the conversion rate to opening a brokerage account by 16%, by simplifying and reducing flow, and improving UX patterns.
- Reduced the number of support requests for issues with the IC during its opening/transfer by 10-15% on average
- Increased the conversion rate for passing the test by 12%, by adding onboarding, motivational banners when not completing, adding hints when passing, showing correct/incorrect answers, copying the question, and others.
- Reduced the development load by x2 times and increased the speed of designers by combining the desktop web with the mobile web into a single adaptive web, which also made it possible to synchronize the web with the app by 97%. Additionally, I redesigned the entire app and web navigation, prescribed rules and principles for the entire design team.

- Due to the processing and addition of new features, the number of positive reviews increased by 20%, negative reviews in the App and Google Store decreased by x3 times, and application usage time decreased by 12%.

The primary task was to design a web service that would unify outdoor, indoor, internet, and TV advertising into a single process of launching an ad campaign.

Within the project, I'm also interested in the processes of business, marketing, development, sales, and other things that could help me delve into the product context and look more broadly at possible solutions or the implementation of new features. I look at how other products are structured, and I surf the internet if the task is complex and doesn't have a single correct solution.

I explore and try to understand the pain points and emotions of users. I look for ways to help them.
Cognitive flexibility
When diving into a task or designing an interface, I always look at possible solutions from different angles. I can switch to different research, read additional materials, or communicate with other team members if I am unsure about something or don't know something.
Attention to details
I think through all possible scenarios and the behavior of interface elements in different contexts and environments. I spend a lot of time on wording on each screen and think through every label on every button.
Team player
I don't try to do everything on my own. I understand that a good product is always the result of coordinated work by everyone involved, not just in development.
Cross-platform adaptive thinking
When designing, I consider where and how a particular interface element or solution will be located and adapted on different devices (Desktop/Laptop/Mobile) and platforms (Web/iOS/Android).
Sensible perfectionism
I am meticulous about the spacing, copy, spelling errors, visual hierarchy, typography, button sizes, design consistency, and so on. But I don't go overboard with it. I try not to get bogged down when it's unnecessary.
Creativity
If the product or context allows, I enjoy finding unconventional and, as far as possible, elegant solutions.
Eternal piece of mind
I don't get emotional, even if someone has made a big mistake or everything is going terribly wrong. I focus not on the problem, but on finding a solution. I try to explain to the person/team why a solution is better/worse and how things should or should not be done.
